ThinkLink

Project Goal: Create a compelling brand and user experience for a new internet service called ThinkLink.

My Role: Design Director and Director of Product Management

The Story: ThinkLink Inc. hired me to lead the design effort on the first launch of their product, ThinkLink. ThinkLink provides advanced messaging services--including voicemail, fax and email--over the Web and over the phone. While ThinkLink had invested heavily in engineering, when I joined, much of the brand had not been developed and both the Web interface and telephone interface had usability challenges.

After iterating the beta version of the site, overhauling site organization and look and feel based on feedback from current users, the design and production worked with the marketing team to define our target market, develop sound brand strategies and lead the creative effort for full product launch.
