Janus

Project Goal: To upgrade Janus's on-line services, integrating a progressive brand with smart, highly customizable online mutual fund portfolio tracking tools.

My Role: Information architect and UI designer

The Story: For me, the Janus project represents the pinnacle of the Ikonic process prior to our merger with USWeb/CKS. Janus understood the importance of developing an intuitive conceptual model and collaborated with the Ikonic team in the developement of a comprehensive prototype.

The entire team also worked closely with our technical partner, Sapient, to hammer out many minute details of the user interface. I was provided with sufficient time to create a comprehensive specification of all pages and page elements and this attention to detail allowed us to deliver the site in time and under budget.
